Common questions

Before you register

Do I need any equipment?

No. Sessions are designed around what's typically already at a desk: a chair, a desk edge, floor space, and sometimes a wall.

Is this a substitute for medical or physical therapy advice?

No. These are general movement education sessions intended for informational purposes. They are not personalized medical, therapeutic, or fitness advice, and shouldn't replace guidance from a qualified professional for any existing condition.

Can a whole team join one session?

Yes. Several sessions, including Team Movement Culture, are designed with groups in mind. Reach out through the contact page to arrange a group session.

Are sessions recorded?

Registered attendees typically receive access to a recording after the session. Ask about availability when you register.
